MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT GMS

My Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Jai Mohyal 

As we welcome the New Year with open hearts and new aspirations, I extend my warm wishes to all my Mohyal brothers and sisters for a prosperous and joyous 2025. May this year bring health, happiness, and success to your lives.

We also take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Lohri, Makar Sakranti, and Republic Day. These festivals remind us of the richness of our culture, the spirit of unity, and the values that make our Nation great.

This month, GMS hosted a successful Mohyal Match Making Get-Together, at Mohyal Foundation, led by the dedicated efforts of Smt Neelima Datta Mehta and her dedicated team. Their hard work and coordination have once again brought hope and joy to many families, strengthening the bonds within our community.

I also attended a get together function organized by Mohyal Sabha, Mohali, on 14 Dec 2024. The event was meticulously arranged and conducted by Shri V.K. Vaid, President MS Mohali and his team. It was a beautiful experience and I was delighted to meet everyone and see the lovely performances at the function .Such local get togethers brings the community together.

At Mohyal Public School, Haridwar, the Annual function (Aagaaz) was a grand success, showcasing the incredible talents of our young students. Their captivating dances and enthusiastic participation in various activities left the audience spellbound and proud. A special mention goes to the convener, Chartered Accountant, Shri Girish Mohan, Headmistress Smt Shubhangi Bishnoi and her dedicated team or rather army of teachers, who went above and beyond in preparing the tiny tots for their performances – a challenging task that required immense patience, creativity, and dedication. Their unwavering efforts ensured that even the youngest children delivered remarkable performances that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.

Equally commendable was the involvement of parents, whose encouragement and active participation added to the event’s vibrancy. Many parents expressed their heartfelt gratitude through their speeches, applauding the teachers for their exceptional commitment to nurturing their children’s talents and creating a nurturing environment. It was a beautiful display of teamwork, trust, and shared pride in our children’s achievements.

As we move forward, let us continue to uphold the values of Unity, Service, and Excellence in all our endeavors. Together, we can and we will, achieve greater milestones for our Community.
